GENERAL

1. The Cookie Time Limited (Cookie Time) ‘Win a MINI Promotion, allows the entrant to register online at www.christmascookies.co.nz/mini for their chance to win a new Alpine White MINI Cooper Countryman valued at $48,390 (incl GST) OR one of 19 prizes each comprising $500 cash.
2. The Promotion Entry is open to New Zealand residents only, aged 18 or over. Employees of Cookie Time Limited and related parties, agencies, suppliers and Christmas Cookie Sellers and family members are not eligible to enter this promotion.
3. Cookie Time Limited reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the Promotion.
4. Cookie Time may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if Cookie Time decides in its sole discretion that the entrant has not complied with these Rules, or if he or she has acted in a way which Cookie Time reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful, offensive or otherwise not in the spirit of the Promotion. If the winning entry is disqualified, Cookie Time reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant without notice to the disqualified entrant(s).
5. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion opens at 6.00am on Tuesday 5 November, 2019 and entries must have been received by midnight on Friday 10 January, 2020.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Purchase a Christmas Cookies bucket containing a valid Golden Ticket from Cookie Time Limited or from an official 2019 Christmas Cookies Seller.
2. Entry is via website www.christmascookies.co.nz/mini and to be eligible for a prize, entrants must register with their details and unique code found on one of 500 golden tickets.
3. Each entrant must accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Submitting an entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PRIZES

1. If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable (for any reason), Cookie Time reserves the right to limit entry, cancel or amend the prizes at its own and sole discretion, including providing the winner with a substitute prize, either in full or in part.
2. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
3. If the winner can’t accept the prize for any reason, Cookie Time can award the prize to another Promotion entrant by redrawing from the pool of eligible entries. The MINI Cooper Countryman prize is not exchangeable for cash or another item.
4. Where a prize is being supplied by a third party, Cookie Time accepts no responsibility in connection with the provision of the prize, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of, or use of, the prize or any performance issues associated with the prize.
5. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Christmas Cookie Sellers, Cookie Time Limited and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
6. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
7. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.
8. Where the Promotion is conducted across social media:
   • (a) Entrants’ conduct must comply with the rules of that social media platform.
   • (b) The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat. These social media platforms are in no way responsible for any aspect of the Promotion.
9. Winners will be drawn on Cookie Time premises, 789 Main South Road, Templeton, New Zealand.
10. Winners will be notified by phone call and/or email on Monday 13 January 2020.

ENTRY RESTRICITON

1. Only entries received by the closing date specified in these Terms and Conditions will be accepted. Entries received after a specified closing date will not be accepted.
2. Entries will only be accepted if submitted via the website www.christmascookies.co.nz/mini – entries submitted by mail, email, text or any other means will not be accepted.
3. Only one entry will be accepted per unique code as per these Terms and Conditions.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Every entrant warrants that all information submitted is true, current and complete. Cookie Time Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry will result in the entry being invalid.
3. By entering the Promotion winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by Cookie Time and that Cookie Time may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
4. Entry forms will become the property of Cookie Time Limited and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, or passed onto a third party involved in the promotion for their marketing purposes.
5. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting Cookie Time Limited in writing to Cookie Time Limited, Marketing Department, PO Box 16141, Christchurch 8140.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
